Whether you have previously experienced business or business funding or not, Impruvu LLC is a complete marketplace. We have programs available for basically any type of legal business entity, start-up programs as well as personal funding.

We operate all across the United States
Funding anywhere from $2,500 - $100,000 for personal.
Funding anywhere from $2,500 - $10,000,000 for businesses.
Funding anywhere from $50,000 - $100,000,000 for Real Estate.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS (FOR ALMOST ANY PROGRAM)

  • Having a business bank account helps you to maximize your funding options, but personal accounts are still acceptable for many different funding options. We offer Company Formation Services if you would like assistance in starting your own business to qualify for more funding. Let your funding advisor know if you would be interested in doing so.
  • Both location and operation of the business must be in the United States.
  • Must not have an open bankruptcy (if you do, we can assist with removing it).
  • Any tax liens must be in a payment plan.
  • No default history with previous lenders (in most cases).

Each program's terms and rates depend on the following:

  1. Which Program / Use of Funds
  2. Personal and Business Credit of Borrowers
  3. Time in Business
  4. Cashflow and Revenue
  5. Industry Type

We do not require any payment up front. Clients will be invoiced only after funding has been approved, accepted, and paid to the client.

Communications with clients will be through the client portal. Clients can respond to email notifications that will sync to the client portal. However, clients will be contacted via call or text if urgent.
